No SPAM is allowed. Sending SPAM from our VPSs is prohibited and will result in termination without a refund.
IRC servers (IRCd) are not allowed, but IRC clients like ZNC and BNC are allowed. You may not upload material that violates or infringes copyright, intellectual property, or trademark rights.
Piracy, hacking, cracking, phreaking, warez, exploitative software, or text that educates or encourages these activities is not allowed and may result in termination without a refund.
Refunds are handled case-by-case if the service does not work and cannot be fixed. If you have an issue, open a ticket in the client area so we can fix it. A cancellation request for a refund without contacting support first will not be refunded.
We do not store backups of user data due to our low costs. Users should make and maintain their own backups.
If your VPS receives a complaint such as DMCA from a network provider, you have 48 hours to respond. Failure to respond may result in suspension; repeated incidents may result in termination without warning and without a refund.
Legal pornography and sex-related merchandising is permitted where lawful. Activities designed to harass or cause a denial-of-service attack against another user or provider will result in termination without a refund.
Transmission, distribution, or storage of material that violates applicable law is prohibited, including unauthorized copyright, trademark, trade-secret, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or export-control material.
Anyone violating our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service may be suspended until they promise not to repeat the incident. Repeated violations may result in termination without warning and without a refund.
You are solely responsible for the contents of your account and all repercussions. You may not host material that defames, abuses, harasses, or threatens any person or group.
Bitcoin, Litecoin, Namecoin, and other coin mining is not allowed on our VPSs, although running the related daemon for websites or applications is allowed. CPU-intensive services such as Folding@home are not allowed. Tor exit nodes are prohibited, but middle, bridge, and entry nodes are allowed.
Chargebacks or PayPal claims for refunds may result in suspension; refund requests must be handled through support tickets. If a VPS affects other VPS performance, it may be rebooted and then suspended until you contact us and promise the incident will not repeat.
Clients must check CPU, RAM, storage, and IPv4/IPv6 specifications before purchase. Refunds will not be provided because purchased resources are insufficient, although additional resources may be added at extra cost through a support ticket.
If a chargeback or PayPal claim is made after a domain is activated, Valid Email Collector may gain rights over the domain and deny access. Account credits may be transferred between users but cannot be refunded or sent back to a payment wallet. A credit-card chargeback or PayPal claim may result in termination of services.
